Urbanomia

The project is located in the territory covered by the Faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary, surrounded by Av. Francisco Beiro, Av. Constitutyentes, Av. Chorroarín, Av. San Martin and Av. Nazca.
The prposal raises the integration of the central park of the complex to the existing urban grid, as well as the improvement of the intrinsic conditions of the faculties, in order to achieve a revitalization and re-functionalization of the area. To do this, we generate a pedestrian circuit that penetrates the heart of the park and makes it accessible throughout its entire length.
At the edges of the territory are the housing units of medium and high density to respond to the great growth of the area.
